We Make Sure Your Parcel Travels With Our Buses — No Fuss.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What to know before you bring a parcel to the counter.
How do I send a parcel?
Bring it to the Kivu Belt counter at one of our bus stops. The clerk registers it, you pay the delivery fee and you get a printed receipt.
What details do I need to give?
The sender's name and phone, the receiver's name and phone, where the parcel is going, and what it is worth.
Who can collect the parcel?
The receiver named on the receipt, at the destination bus stop. Double-check their phone number when you send it.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the route — see Pricing above. The clerk confirms the fee at the counter before you pay, and it is printed on your receipt.
My parcel hasn't been collected or I can't find it. What do I do?
Check Lost & found: parcels waiting at our bus stops are listed there. If you recognise yours, bring your receipt or ID to the bus stop holding it.
Can I track my parcel online?
Not yet. Keep your receipt and ask at the counter — every parcel is on record with its route and contacts.
